Reporting directly to our CPO, you will lead all our workplace activities globally (Paris, Bordeaux, São Paulo, London,….) with the objective of making it a key element of employees’ engagement/retention.
You will be responsible for preserving the good condition of infrastructure and ensuring that facilities are safe, well functioning and cost optimised.
The ideal candidate has leadership abilities and phenomenal efficiency. The goal is to ensure our business’s accommodation is optimised and safe so that employees can work under the best conditions.
You will lead a team of two Workplace managers, and be the main point of contact for global Workplace initiatives, which will require high collaboration with our Deezer’s leadership.
