Job Description

We are currently looking for a Intern to join our Procurement team. In this role, you will be working on the various topics related to our commodities within the 6 months’ assignment, with a strong focus on our P2P process and tool.

This is a 6-month internship starting from mid-July 2023

What you will do:

You will assist the Head of Procurement in the following areas:

• Procurement:

> Conduct a solid spend review and analysis per subcategory, working with each category lead on insights and opportunities to contribute to the category strategies.

>Support the Head Of Procurement in negotiations and tenders

> Management of end-to-end sourcing activity for selected topics

• Performance Reporting:

>  Help measure purchasing performance through the construction and monitoring of performance and reporting indicators

• P2P:

> Post-production monitoring of our tool (P2P) : work on user support and possible areas for improvement and development

>  Management and control of the Deezer supplier panel within our new P2P tool

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

• You are currently in a Master's program, ideally specialized in Procurement
• You speak French and English fluently
• You are self-motivated and able to work independently
• The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, excellent presentations skills
