Job Description

We are currently looking for an IT Manager to join the IT Corporate team, a team of 13 people based in Paris and Bordeaux. 

The team is responsible for all the Woldwide IT support for Deezer collaborators and managing all the internal networks, systems and softwares infrastructure for all the Deezer offices and Datacenter.

Our mission is to:

  • continually develop our service to meet and exceed Deezer employee’s expectations,
  • contribute to the success of the company through the provision of the best and effective IT support,
  • deploy the best and innovative IT solutions.

What you will do: 

  • Manage, train and develop the IT Workstation Team : 3 x IT Support Specialists and 2 x Workstation Engineers
  • Monitor IT tickets and develop team’s SLA 
  • Maintain IT Knowledge Database for the improvement of IT activities
  • Ensure the assets management consistency (hardware/software, maintain spare policy, follow computers renew policy)
  • Manage accounts and computers lifecycle 
  • Place orders following budget guidelines and IT Director approval
  • Collaborate closely with the IT director and be his backup on infrastructures topics


This role is excellent for a person with:

  • 5 years of support/admin experience and 3 years managing IT teams
  • Proficiency in hardware and software troubleshooting on Macs and PCs
  • Good knowledge of Active Directory, IDP (Okta) and collaboration tools (slack, zoom, google workspace)
  • Familiarity with MDM (Jamf/Intune) and software deployment
  • Experience on project management
  • Leadership, with ability to priorise and choose the right battles
  • Problem solving and customer focus mindset
