Job Description

We are looking for a CRM Specialist to join our Customer Engagement team in London or Paris. The ideal candidate will have CRM and lifecycle management experience and a strong passion for music. The CRM specialist will focus on activating, reconnecting, and engaging our B2B and B2B2C users via clear, personalised, multichannel CRM campaigns. The specialist will report to the CRM manager and will be responsible for supporting our partnership team while working closely with the Product Marketing, Brand, Product, Content, and Commercial teams to create engaging user journeys for our customers. 

What you will do: 

  • Build user lifecycle journeys to drive increase in customer engagement
  • Deliver a series of multi-channel CRM communications spanning emails, push notifications, in-app messages, SMS and WhatsApp messages.
  • Production management of communications including initial briefs, targeting and data selection
  • Creation of emails using HTML and CSS coding - candidates must show creativity when designing and developing communication
  • Analyse effectiveness of journeys, gather user insights and report results to all stakeholders
  • Development and analysis of test and learn strategies to optimise communications effectiveness; feeding all insights gained from past campaigns to create a continuous process of testing and improvement
  • Building strong relationships with commercial and tech teams, to introduce and implement campaigns according to market needs
  • Contribute to the global CRM strategy with the other members of the team

Qualifications

  • User-oriented attitude
  • 3+ years of CRM, marketing experience in a multinational company
  • Must be proactive and self-directed
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a drive to get things done collaboratively
  • Ability to effectively prioritise, plan, manage and execute ideas
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills ; Can gather deep insights and present to senior management
  • Passion to learn and progress in CRM marketing 
  • Quality, accuracy and attention to detail are critical
  • Working proficiency in English. Additional language is a plus
  • Experience with Braze/Twilio other CRM software, HTML and CSS skills are a plus.
