Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Programmatic Manager to join our Ad Sales team and help to generate the best revenue from our advertising inventories.

This job is an essential part of the Ad Operations division whose missions is to guarantee a perfect delivery of campaigns and technical performance worldwide.

How about you ? 

As a Senior Programmatic Manager, you will have to optimize the yield to maximize the revenue, develop data to push powerful segments on the market, manage the operational relationship with all our customers (major agencies and independent trading desks), support strategical decisions and provide insights to improve our offer on a day-to-day basis. Technical tests and new monetization partners benchmark will be your other missions.

What you will do:

Operational support and optimization of programmatic sales: 

  • Manage daily operations: setup, monitoring and optimization of private deals, Open Auction, and management of customer requests.
  • Technical support: ensure deal troubleshooting and solve technical issues.
  • Activity reporting:  Create and maintain revenue and inventory reporting of programmatic sales and monetization partners. Suggest and implement optimizations based on analytics and analysis.
  • Sales support: Act as a business partner and provide support to our International Sales team, contribute to customer relationship management, provide customer ad-hoc reporting and suggest solutions/enhancements.
  • Marketing support: in relationship our Marketing Team, support creation of sales material, market analysis, and communications.
  • Monetization partners management: help in the search, assessment and deployment of new partners.
  • DATA: Support our Head of Ad Operations on our DATA initiative.
  • Management: Management of a Programmatic and Monetization Assistant and/or a Trainee.

Other responsibilities may be added:

  • DATA :
    • Data Operational support: creation of new data segments in collaboration with the marketing team.
    • Creation and recommendation of custom segments according to the clients requests via different leverages data and functionalities (cookie pool, 2nd / 3rd party data). 
  • Audience extension: Management and optimization, reporting and operational contact for our clients concerning the programmatic campaigns launched via our DSP.

Qualifications

What we are looking for :

  •  At least 3/5 years of experience in a similar position ideally in a media environment (agency, publisher)
  • Excellent technical knowledge of the programmatic field (campaign management is a plus).
  • Excellent knowledge of the adTech market.
  • Usage of data segments have no secret for you.
  • Passion for solving complex problems with insights and analysis.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Ability to own and drive projects with a creative mindset.
  • Strong “One for all” team player attitude.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Experience in team management is a plus.
