How about you?

The Go To Market Senior Manager will be in charge of launching and distributing new products through B2C and B2B.

What you will do? 

  • Develop global launch plans by partnering with key stakeholders including product, brand, marketing, finance, PR, legal, customer service and other relevant teams.
  • You will be both in charge of making huge noise around the products through communication initiatives and business results through all the distribution initiatives. 
  • Develop key messaging to ensure consistent and compelling product communication.
  • Drive assets development for launch through B2C / B2B.
  • You will have the responsibility to follow business performances including acquisition, conversion, LT, churn, LTV and adapt the Go To Market strategy depending on results.
  • Run post-mortem based data and other KPIs, to learn and adapt.
  • You will have the responsibility to build a clear marketing roadmap and define priorities between products based on value potential and performances.
  • Work cross functionally with Strategy, Business Diversification managers, and Product/Tech to have a consistent approach.


What we are looking for:

  • 6+ years of experience in marketing or product marketing working in a digital environment.
  • Experience on launching new digital products/features working hands in hands with cross functional teams.
  • Passionate, idea and concept driven, creative yet strategic thinker.
  • You have a good vision on digital acquisition strategy and upsell strategy in the digital environment.
  • Ability to build strong 360 marketing plan for business impact.
  • Capacity to work both on strategy and implementation.
  • Very well organized, capacity to convince, capacity to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Strong know-how in conceptualising and presenting your strategy to C-Level Management.
  • You are numerate and adept at analyzing and interpreting data and using it to set goals.
  • You have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work on collaborative projects and you are able to adapt to each situation.
  • You have excellent presentation and people skills.
  • You speak fluent English
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset.
