As Innovation Product Manager, you will integrate the Innovation team with the objective to create new products/diversification projects. Your mission will be to create new products which differentiate us, are compelling to the market and which align with our strategic direction.
Gather, manage, and prioritize market/customer requirements.
Act as the customer advocate articulating the user’s and/or buyer’s needs.
Design product strategy, find solutions to user problems or expectations and prioritize features we develop.
Work closely with UX/UI design, Engineering, Business and Content teams to ensure business case and customer satisfaction goals are met.
Define what needs to be solved in the market, articulate the valuable market problem you’re solving along with priorities and justification for each part of the solution.
Run POC during the qualification phase and regular customer reviews to ensure that it meets the expectations.
Develops positioning for the product hand in hand with the Business owner and define OKRs.
Make innovative product recommendations to disrupt markets and better answer customer needs than existing solutions.
6+ years of product and business experience in a digital environment.
Demonstrated success in defining and launching products that meet and exceed business objectives.
You're customer oriented, and view speaking to customers and understanding their needs as a key part of the role.
You're data driven, and take a scientific approach to product development. You view product ideas as hypotheses to be tested rather than simply a list of things to build.
Strong experience in media or entertainment is a plus.
You're data driven, but also understand the value of more qualitative evidence.
You're commercially minded, and are comfortable working closely with the Business, Marketing and Content teams.
Passionate, idea and concept driven, creative yet strategic thinker.
Very well organized, capacity to convince, capacity to learn and adapt quickly.
You have the ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally as well as communicate and collaborate with all types of personalities.
You have the ability to work in a face-paced environment, work on collaborative projects and you are able to adapt to each situation.
You speak fluent French and English.
You have an entrepreneurial mindset.
