Job Description

How about you?

The Head of Operations establishes the Ad Sales House technical vision and leads technological development to ensure business revenue delivery and optimization.

What you will do:

  • Participates to the Sales House strategy definition together with the VP and ensure alignment between the roadmap and business needs.
  • Supports multilateral collaboration for the company's benefit, and the departmental growth.
  • Identifies and implements new technology products & services that can support our  business needs.
  • Develops strong relationships with major clients and partners to support business growth.
  • Ensures the appropriate level of processes are in place to maintain control & quality of deliveries.
  • Identifies and finds solutions to technical and business challenges
  • Implements and update the adserving stack (adservers, ssp, dsp, technical partners).
  • Manages a team of 4 people including traffic and programmatic managers.
  • Creates and aligns operational processes to business needs.
  • Establishes recommendations and technical support for Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Supports Business development and integrates business partners.
  • Participates in AdTech events and represents Deezer in the ecosystem associations task forces
  • Main technical contact and Gateway with the Deezer product and Development teams (publisher side)

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

  • 10+ years  experience in Advertising operations, with proven track record in maangement positions 
  • Excellent knowledge of the AdTech market.
  • Business oriented 
  • Knowledge in customer success
  • Proactive Problem solver and 'Can Do' attitude is extremely important
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills with a creative and "outside the box" mindset.
  • Very effective in translating technical challenges into a comprehensible language leading to effective solution making.
  • An extensive knowledge of the following domains: adservers, programmatic ecosystem (DSP/SSP), GDPR and CMP, Targeting/Retargeting.
  • Having an important knowledge of Data management platforms is a plus.
  • Passion for solving complex problems with insights and analysis.
  • Knowledge in Audio Advertising a plus
  • Fluent in English.
