Job Description

The Team

The Core Startup main role is to enable product & tech teams to efficiently & autonomously build the most reliable & delightful experience by providing high quality platforms, services, components & support, helping teams find the right balance between reliability & innovation. 

Lead the Back End Team within Core Product:

• Lead a talented and motivated technical team
• Define and lead a long term direction for the Backend 
• Ensure the technical work is following the industry standard
• Inspire, drive and develop the talents
• Animate & develop the Community of Practice

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

Hardskills : 

• Successful experience(s) as a manager
• Experience in managing managers
• Strong knowledge in PHP
• Proficient with at least one other programming languages (Go, Rust, Typescript)
• Strong experience in engineering - code versioning, tests, review
• Strong experience of service-oriented architecture in production
• Strong and proven software skills (code design and quality, SOLID, DDD, Automated tests, API / HTTP, GraphQL)
• Knowledge on Site Reliability Engineering skills (Monitoring, docker, git, MySQL, memcache, unix, network)
