Job Description
The Team
The Core Startup main role is to enable product & tech teams to efficiently & autonomously build the most reliable & delightful experience by providing high quality platforms, services, components & support, helping teams find the right balance between reliability & innovation.
Lead the iOS Team within Core Product:
Lead a talented and motivated technical team
Define and lead a long term direction for iOS
Ensure the technical work is following the industry standard
Inspire, drive and develop the talents
Animate & develop the Community of Practice
Qualifications
What we are looking for:
Successful experience(s) as a manager
Experience in managing managers
Strong knowledge of Objective C and Swift
Strong experience in engineering - code versioning, tests, review
Strong knowledge of software architecture
Leadership
Proper planning, prioritizing and alignment
Communication skills
Solving complex problems
Agility
Emotional intelligence
