Job Description

Our Deezer Talent team is on a mission to attract, hire, engage and develop diverse and high performing talents. As Talent Acquisition Manager, based in our Headquarters in Paris, you will lead the talent acquisition strategy and hiring processes to recruit the best talents in line with our business strategy .

What you will do

  • Directly handle full-cycle recruitment processes for mid-senior to leadership roles across divisions
  • Partner with Talent Director, HR Business Partners and senior Stakeholders to build the hiring plan and anticipate staffing needs
  • Coordinate the day-to-day activity of the Talent Acquisition team : staffing, follow up on recruitment objectives, coaching on process and escalation point
  • Drive Talent Acquisition performance, monitor TA metrics, manage ATS and develop action plans 
  • Recommend continuous processes and tools' improvements and efficiencies on all steps of the recruitment cycle
  • Actively contribute to our Diversity and Inclusion objectives through sourcing strategy and process optimisation 
  • Be the ambassador of the Talent Acquisition expertise internally and externally (train hiring managers, represent Deezer in recruitment events, …) 

Qualifications

  • Expert recruiter with a minimum of 6 years experience on full cycle hiring process in agency and in-house 
  • Proven experience on a variety of roles across functions (tech, marketing, corporate...) and senior levels (up to C-levels) in international environments  
  • Ability to advise and challenge senior stakeholders with key market insights, organization benchmarks, recruitment methodology 
  • Data savvy : ability to translate talent acquisition strategy performance into key metrics and build concrete action plans, management of ATS 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in English and French
  • Team player, collaborative, creative thinker
  • Ability to navigate in changing environments 
  • Experience in tech environments, scale ups is a plus
