Job Description

Context :

Reporting into the Talent Director, you will recommend and bring to life our Employer Brand strategy to position deezer as an employer of choice, attract the high performing and diverse talents and boost engagement and retention. 

What you will do :

  • Build our Employer Brand strategy and Employee Value Proposition in line with our culture, brand platform and business vision 

  • Develop high quality video and text content for all external facing sites (blog, jobsites,) working closely with Communication and Design teams 

  • Recommend innovative ways to engage with our targeted talents through relevant social media management, partnerships, campus management and events strategy 

  • Train and engage internal ambassadors for our brand

  • In line with our Diversity and Inclusion strategy, lead transversal plans to attract more diverse talents and ensure an inclusive work environment

  • Facilitate internal communication and events (weekly sharing, lunch and learn, meet ups…) to engage and retain employees 

  • Monitor engagement surveys


What we are looking for : 

  • You have a first experience in Employer branding or Marketing, managing communication campaigns, creating brand content

  • Your verbal and written communication are outstanding in English and French

  • Social media has no secret for you, you are digital savvy and excel in engaging with diverse targets  

  • You can lead multiple projects, are data driven and always measure return on investment

  • You think out of the box, put the bar high, and are a true team player

  • You are passionate about candidate and employee experience

  • You thrive in international environments

  • Experience in tech environments, scale ups is a plus
