Job Description

How about you?

Our Talent team is on a mission to attract, hire, engage and develop diverse and high performing talents at deezer. We are looking for an intern to join our team to assist in attracting and hiring the best talents and contribute to our employer branding projects 

What you will do

• Assist our Talent Acquisition with general hiring processes (sourcing, screening)
• Recommend optimisation of job ads templates
• Lead full cycle recruitment for interns and apprentices
• Animate the interns/apprentice community at deezer and build a qualified talent pool 
• Actively contribute to campus management events 
• Participate in employer branding communication plan : update content on jobsites, glass door follow ups
• Provide a regular review of best practices and innovations in the employer branding and hiring space
• Ad hoc contribution to talent team projects (Diversity & Inclusion events, Onboarding events…) 

Qualifications

• HR or Business Master student able to provide an internship agreement of 6 months issued by your school 
• Passion for candidate and employee experience
• Good verbal and written communication skills, both in English and French
• Active listening, curiosity and ability to think out of the box
• Team player
