We are currently looking for a super talented apprentice to join our global media strategy team.
The mission of the team is to:
Understand overarching Deezer business objectives and strategy, and ensure these are translated into the media campaigns
In collaboration with all the internal touchpoints (media buyers, local marketing teams, Data, growth, product market, studio, customer success) and external touchpoints (tools, agencies & media partners), help develop, implement, analyze and constantly refine our customer acquisition program strategy, and support media buyers with through insights-driven & technical expertise, thought leadership and scalable processes and tools
What you will do:
Along with the global media strategy team, your role will be to create the framework that will help the acquisition team to maximize acquisition efficiency on a global scale through the following missions:
Reporting & Measurement: Make global reporting easier & always more reliable through the use of dedicated tools hand in hand with the data team; Provide macro insights on campaign performance and communicate key learnings to local markets and acquisition managers
Media planning: Build the overview of digital budgets for Deezer on a global scale; Support the global media strategy team in launching, monitoring and reporting on specific campaigns (ex. Artist marketing campaigns, strategic campaigns, A/B tests…); Support media channels managers with through insights-driven & technical expertise, thought leadership and scalable processes and tools , support the ongoing construction and optimisation of budget allocation between key channels
Audience Strategy: Manage all audiences creation/optimisation tools for local media teams to use it easily; Deliver audience insights & learnings; Identify affinity audiences to target through our media campaigns
Competitive Benchmarking: Deliver competitor insights/outside of the industry-relevant insights and strategies in order to inspire and challenge local markets
Testing: Lead excellent customer experience in scoping & measuring tests (ad creative, ad placement, landing page experience, conversion forms, post-conversion relationship, A/B and multivariate testing, etc).; driving media learning agenda prioritizing tests and trails that will ultimately impact positive revenue growth for Deezer business;
Brand Coordination: Coordinating with Brand Marketing team, working hand in hand with offline media and brand managers to build macro digital plans that fits with offline actions.
