Job Description

What you will do:

  •  First contact for the Customer Care Team specialising in payment
  • Help to define and write procedures and documentation
  • Provide on-going training and support to the Customer Care team and ensure they are up to date with all payment related procedures
  • Communication relay for changes on our payment platforms
  • Reporting incidents and payment concerns to relevant teams
  • Contribute towards improvement in tools and systems


What we are looking for:

  • Tech Savvy - knowledge of mobile and digital technology including, Zendesk or any other CRM software, Jira, Google Suite, BI Reporting and any back-end payment systems.
  • Support Veteran - previous experience working in a customer support environment and with payment related issues
  • An excellent level of English and a good understanding of French verbal or written would be desirable
