Job Description

The Core Product Startup builds and maintains deezer’s applications. The Industry team builds a strong relationship with rights owners like Warner Music, Sony Music, Universal Music or Believe, people who produce your favourite tracks ! Within the Industry team, you will work on Deezer for Creators tool in order to provide analytics and insights to artists, managers, labels and providers.

What you will do:

  • Work on Deezer’s Industry portal : Deezer for Creators (and more …)
  • Define long term Backend architecture with the help of a Senior Engineers and implement it 
  • Work closely with Tech Leaders, Frontend engineers, QA and Product Managers
  • Ensure product quality by tackling bugs and requests from the customer care team


This role is excellent for a person with:

  • 2-3+ years experience as a PHP Backend Engineer
  • Very good knowledge of LAMP stack (linux, apache, mysql, php) & REST APIs
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and to maintain a strong sense of priorities 
  • Good experience in engineering best practices (code versioning, tests, reviews ..)
