Job Description

At Listeners we develop the music experiences, think, build and ship new features to millions of users. The subjects tackled by the team are as broad as enabling users to be one tap away from the perfect tracklist and creating innovative experiences to find what to play and engage more with the content on Deezer.

We are looking for an Automation QA Engineer with a passion for technology and product quality. With the help of your team, your mission will be to create and maintain our Appium automated tests in order to fully complete the coverage of our Deezer Android & iOS apps sanity test case scenarios.

What you will do:

• Continually ensure the quality of Deezer products by performing automated non-regression tests.
• Plan and perform End to End & System tests using Appium framework and analyse automated test results.
• Monitor the automated test runs and maintain our technical stacks.
• Propose and develop technical and performance enhancements for our automated tests stacks.
• Work hand in hand with the product, design and tech teams: interact closely with your team members to understand the ongoing projects and technical challenges.
• Get involved in the cross-team QA processes and participate actively in the QA Community of Practice.

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

• Real motivation for quality problematics and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Java programming language.
• You are familiar with tools such as Jira, Postman, Test management like Cucumber Studio...
• If possible, a previous experience with Selenium WebDriver and/or Appium.
• You are a true music lover 🎤🥁🎸
