Job Description

As part of a maternity leave replacement for a period of 6 months from April, we are looking for a Head of HR Ops reporting to our Chief People Officer  to lead the following topics:

  • Employee experience & HR Excellence
  • Comp & Ben, HRIS, reporting, HR controlling, admin & payroll, labour relations

What you will do:

  • Manage a great team of 5 perm in admin & payroll, 1 perm in Comp & Ben, 1 intern in labour relations
  • Collaborate with HR leads, corporate teams, C-levels
  • Build a plan to enable further pay transparency
  • Prepare the nomination and remuneration committee
  • Draft a Benefits global policy
  • Manage  the Salary Mass reforecast
  • Manage  the labour relations: work council, collective agreements, employee questions


This role is excellent for a person with:

  • Great management skills
  • Compensation and benefits expertise
  • Ability to be hands on on technical topics and at the same time provide perspective
  • Data lover
  • Previous experience with a CSE
