How about you?
We are currently looking for a passionate HR Project Manager for a 6-month mission to step up on our compensation strategy, redesign and implementation.
What you will do:
Analyze our current compensation practices and data
Redesign our compensation strategy with the help of a compensation provider
Review, assess and enhance our job grading for all roles within the organization and across functions
Conduct package analysis and recommendations for our core jobs per market and consolidate data from surveys (i.e, Mercer, Korn Ferry,...) to determine internal and external competitiveness
Empower the HR Team on job levelling strategy
Prepare Compensation committee for shareholders
Overall, identify opportunities to leverage and monitor HR operational excellence
What we are looking for:
Working proficiency in English
Strong track record in managing projects in all-related compensation topics, such as job grading, compensation strategy and studies; experience in consulting company would be a plus
Great communication and presentations skills
Firm interpersonal skills and a drive to get things done collaboratively, self-directed
Knowledgeable in legislation governing compensation and incentive programs
Excellent analytical and project management skills, starting from scratch
