Job Description

How about you?

We are currently looking for a Head of Ad Sales to join our MENA Team acting for MENA and Turkey which is in charge of monetising our Free product with Ad Revenues across the MENA and Turkey markets and touch points.

What you will do:

Reporting directly to the MENA CEO you will proactively envision, plan, and sell all the available assets of the Deezer brand.

  • Develop and execute on the Ad Sales strategy for both regions.
  • Set the Yearly Ad Sales targets and actively work to overachieve on them.
  • Be responsible for reporting, forecasting and all other operational sales processes.
  • Proactively pitch content-led brand partnerships.
  • Develop creative presentations involving 360 degrees executions across multiple verticals (involving selling Deezer Full Price Codes, Offline activations, special promotions).
  • Build a solid relationship with all media buying agencies in the regions.
  • Get involved in the RFP for appointing an Ad Sales Agency.
  • Appoint (with the CEO’s approval) and manage the ad sales agencies appointed in both markets.
  • Management of strategic sales partners and re-sellers.
  • Drive the International Ad Sales revenues by bringing global advertisers from MENA and Turkey.
  • Development and maintain of key account relationships in the region.


What we are looking for:

  • You have 10+ years of relevant work experience in the area of Ad Sales (Audio advertising desirable).
  • 5 years’ experience in an Ad Sales role in MENA or working closely to the MENA region.
  • Highly Developed Negotiation Skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (Turkish is a plus).
  • Experience within tech or entertainment company is a plus.
  • Strong track record in leading multi-stakeholder projects and in delivering projects.
  • Experience thriving in a rapidly changing environment.
  • The ideal candidate should demonstrate a collaborative mindset.
