Job Description

How about you?

PMM is the intelligent link between Marketing and Product. This link works both directions, thus making sure that all elements of the product (positioning, features, content, …) are communicated the right way as well as influencing product (again, positioning, features, content, …) in a market-oriented and marketing-ready direction.

What you will do:

  • Coordinate/ensure/optimize the consistency of the entire user journey and experience for all (current and future) Paid offers (Premium, Family, HiFi, Student, …), both B2C and B2B across all user touchpoints, internal functions (e.g. PM, UX, Brand, Partnerships, …) and start-ups 
  • Leverage in-depth understanding of all data-points of Paid user behavior - from conversion/churn to usage and in-app behavior - across all countries, start-ups and channels (B2C/B2B) into actionable improvement ideas
  • Generate (tactical) industry insights based on on-going competitive analysis, encompassing direct music streaming competitors as well as indirect influencers from adjacent categories (video, social, …)
  • Develop a compelling product marketing strategy for all Paid offers as well as individual features and implement this into (localized) storytelling - from go-to-market concepts to launch communication incl. material/asset management and analyze/report/optimize impact


What we are looking for:

  • Excellent understanding of Deezer Paid user journeys and experience (B2C+B2B)
  • Detailed understanding of Deezer product development processes/systems
  • Detailed understanding of churn and conversion (inside and outside of product)
  • Combination of B2C and B2B mindset
  • Detailed insights into the Deezer data infrastructure
  • Well established network across our entire organization
  • Strong commercial mindset with spike in marketing/communication
  • Structured, data-oriented approach to problem solving
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a drive to get things done collaboratively
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Motivated self-starter with organized, rigorous and proactive approach to work
  • Initial leadership experience ( (people and/or complex project management)
