The mission of the Customer Success team is to build the journeys & functionalities that will onboard, guide and engage any user, anywhere in our site and apps and at any stage of his life ! As part of it we have the great chance to work with all Product and Marketing stakeholders and to deal with an amazing range of challenging projects, putting the user at the center of everything.

We are looking for an experienced engineer with a passion for technology and product quality. We aim at strengthening the Customer Success team with a creative and innovative problem-solver, who is able to cope with a challenging environment. You will be focusing on everything customer centric in our website and our desktop application, from the maintenance of our current environment to the development of exciting new features. If you want to work on a product with big audience and help millions of users listening to their favorite artists all over the world, then join the team!
What you will do:
- Develop customer centric features for the website and the desktop application with Product and Marketing Teams
- Participate in new product features development
- Respect designs and guarantee compliance with the platform
- Optimize features with minimum impact on website loading and which respects user experience and privacy
- Work closely with the whole front end team and help them achieve their objectives
- Ensure that all the code written, and the architecture is high quality and scalable
