Job Description

How about you? 

We are looking for an enthusiastic and forward thinking CRM Manager to join our London team. The CRM Manager will be responsible for the development of the CRM strategy for B2B customers using a creative and tactical approach to secure and manage target audiences while delivering outstanding campaigns. 
Working with the Senior stakeholders and Marketing Managers, the CRM Manager will focus on increasing conversion, improve retention and ensure monthly and daily engagement within the app are consistently uplifted. At the same time, the CRM Manager will be required to oversee the day-to-day management of the local CRM Specialists ensuring that they are fully aligned with their market strategies and meeting their own KPIs.

What you will do: 

  • Planning, managing and delivering the CRM strategy in order to meet agreed KPIs & targets.
  • Development of CRM strategy focusing on B2B customers - managing and executing key projects from beginning to end, including automated trigger campaigns.
  • Build collaborative relationships with all key stakeholders to gain a better understanding of customer base through insight, segmentation and data analysis.
  • Management of data and CRM communications, resolving any issues that arise during the implementation of CRM campaigns.
  • Analysis and reporting on campaign effectiveness in terms of acquisition, conversion, retention and revenue.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for new strategic CRM opportunities.
  • Full day-to-day management of CRM Specialist team members.
  • Working with Senior stakeholders, you will lead the CRM conversation and communicate high-level strategic recommendations.

  • Previous experience in CRM and data marketing.
  • First-hand experience of the development and implementation of a successful CRM strategy with back-end system knowledge.
  • Excellent planning, analytical skills and project management.
  • Knowledge and understanding of data and production processes.
  • Great communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Foresight to anticipate issues, set priorities and proactively develop strong relationships both internally and externally.
  • Ability to be creative and use their initiative to develop new ideas.
  • Working proficiency in English, an additional language is a plus.
