We are looking for an enthusiastic and forward thinking CRM Manager to join our London team. The CRM Manager will be responsible for the development of the CRM strategy for B2B customers using a creative and tactical approach to secure and manage target audiences while delivering outstanding campaigns.
Working with the Senior stakeholders and Marketing Managers, the CRM Manager will focus on increasing conversion, improve retention and ensure monthly and daily engagement within the app are consistently uplifted. At the same time, the CRM Manager will be required to oversee the day-to-day management of the local CRM Specialists ensuring that they are fully aligned with their market strategies and meeting their own KPIs.
