Job Description

How about you?

We are looking for a rigorous and analytical mind to join our Customer Success team and more precisely the Payment team who tackles every payment issue we have in the world!

As part of it, we have a great chance to work with all Commercial and Marketing stakeholders and to deal with an amazing range of challenging projects, putting the user at the center of everything.

What you will do:

  • Gather all new Offers requests and make sure you have all relevant information you need to create them in our dedicated tool
  • Offers aftercare and analysis of their success
  • Establish a smooth connection with the Team in charge of Royalties to make sure we remunerate Record Companies at the right amount
  • Communicate around of offers (Customer care, Data, Countries, ...)

Your priority? Ensure a quick and reliable launch of our offers all around the world!


What we are looking for: 

  • Good knowledge of SQL
  • Resourceful and crafty
  • Attention to details and strong persistence
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in English and French
