Job Description

What you will do:

  • Manage the relationship with Deezer’s partners in order to grow the joint business.
  • Increase the acquisition of new and retain existing subscribers within the partnership(s).
  • Identify opportunities to increase the engagement within the existing subscriber base.
  • Support Deezer’s partner by sharing data and insights that helps understanding and growing their business with Deezer.
  • Align Deezer's goals with partner's VAS strategy.
  • Proactively propose new initiatives that fit our partners products and customers and add value to the joint business.
  • Build strong rapport across partners organisation and keep them constantly updated on Deezer’s products and activities.
  • Serve as single point of contact for all of Deezer’s partners queries and requests.



  • Manage the relationship between Deezer and partners by setting up a governance model that supports Deezer’s and partners structure and ensure a timely and efficient decision making process.
  • Ensure regular review meetings are held with the partner to align on performance and expectations.
  • Manage internal stakeholders to secure support for Deezer’s partner business.
  • Create regular reports for internal stakeholders that show current state of the business and the impact on the future business taking account planned and agreed activities.
  • Create regular reports for partners that provide actionable insights beyond core KPI.
  • Keep track of all contractual provisions and deadlines, ensuring partner and Deezer compliance with the agreements.
  • Monitor, track and document agreed activities and share regularly with internal stakeholders.


What we are looking for:

  • Previous working experience as an Partnerships/ Account Manager for 2 year(s), ideally in VAS or content related areas
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Networking aptitude
  • Great multitasking skills
  • Attention to details
