Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic CRM specialist to join our London CRM team. Our ideal candidate will have knowledge of CRM, marketing and a strong willingness to learn this area further and enhance their skills. This position will be responsible for the implementation of personalised, multichannel CRM campaigns for Brazil, supporting the company’s strategic direction and objectives on a global scale. The CRM specialist will report to our Marketing Director for Brazil and also work closely with the Editorial, Artist Marketing, Product Marketing, Brand, and Global CRM teams to ensure we send relevant and engaging campaigns to our users in Brazil.

What you will do: 

• Deliver a series of multi-channel CRM communications spanning emails, push notifications, in-app messages, SMS and WhatsApp messages.
• Day to day production management of communications including initial briefs, editorial and creative services, targeting and data selection, programing campaigns, and reporting results to all stakeholders.
• Creation of emails using HTML and CSS coding, candidates must show creativity when designing and developing templates.
• Development and analysis of test and learn strategies to optimise communications effectiveness; feeding all insights gained from past campaigns to create a continuous process of testing and improvement.
• Contribute to the global CRM strategy with the other members of the team.
• Be able to forge strong relationships with teams covering the market and introduce and implement campaigns according to market needs.

Qualifications

• +3 years of marketing or customer relations experience in a multinational company
• Strong interpersonal skills and a drive to get things done collaboratively
• Excellent planning, analytical skills and project management.
• Ability to be creative and use their initiative to develop new ideas.
• Passion to learn and progress in CRM marketing. 
• Quality, accuracy and attention to detail are critical.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, effectively and appropriately with colleagues, suppliers and others at all levels.
• Able to effectively prioritise workload, set up systems to organise and manage administrative work.
• HTML and CSS skills are advantageous but not a requirement.
• Working proficiency in English. Proficiency in Brazilian Portugese is a must. Additional language is a plus..
• Knowledge and exposure to Brazilian music and culture is a plus.
