Job Description

You will join the IT Corporate team (12 people) based in Paris and Bordeaux, and our mission is to provide best, effective and innovative IT solutions for our employees.
The team is responsible for all the Worldwide Internal Infrastructure for Deezer: the internal network, system and software infrastructure (on prem and SaaS/Cloud) for all the Employees, Deezer offices and Datacenter. 
We are looking for a Security Engineer to complete the security team.

What you will do:

• Analyse security systems and seek for improvements on a continuous basis
• Improve Information Security Plans and Policies
• Implement appropriate level of protections
• Test for vulnerabilities: conduct periodic scan, conduct penetration testing
• Monitor and investigate security breaches
• Report possible threats or software issues
• Research weaknesses and find ways to counter them
• Develop best practices and security standards for the organization

Qualifications

This role is excellent for a person with:

• Expertise in security solutions (antivirus, EPP/EDR, IDS)
• Knowledge of risk assessment tools and vulnerabilities scanner (Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7), technologies and methods
• Knowledge of security frameworks (Mitre att&ck/d3fend, NIST, ISO 27002)
• Experience planning, researching and developing security policies, standards and procedures
• Excellent communication skills in French and English and ability to communicate security issues to peers and management
• At least 5 years' experience in the cybersecurity industry
• Coding skills, such as Javascript, Python, Powershell or other languages
