Job Description

For this transformative organisation, we need a diverse team of CRM experts all dedicated to design, build and activate new ways to engage our users around our favourite topic - music. Beyond ideation and concepting, we need resourceful individuals who can dig into the how and thrive working in a dynamic environment to get things done.

The role

We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a CRM Campaigns Apprentice. In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to develop tailored CRM campaigns to support x-selling initiatives and key partnerships, making a tangible impact on our business’s goals.

You will have the chance of working closely with various departments within our organisation, including B2B, Marketing, Content, Data and Creative. From strategy to planning, activation and optimisation, you’ll drive end-to-end processes to deliver innovative, personalised CRM campaigns across all channels.

Additionally, you’ll actively participate in other CRM projects, enabling you to gain valuable insights from different verticals within Deezer.

You will report to the head of CRM - Campaigns.

What you will do:

  • Ideate and implement CRM campaigns to boost x-selling opportunities, leveraging the Deezer product and its music content. Own the development of these campaigns from end-to-end, including QAing to ensure an optimal delivery.
  • Work closely with different teams across the organisation, to ensure the successful execution of CRM campaigns and alignment with company objectives.
  • Be data-driven: Implement test and learn strategies to continuously improve x-selling campaigns and CRM channel engagement.
  • Monitor, analyse and report on CRM performance metrics, and communicate learnings to the organisation.
  • ​​Find new and innovative ways to engage with users, effectively using our growing channel mix.
  • Collaborate with other team members on various projects to develop and execute ad-hoc campaigns, fostering a collaborative environment and leveraging collective expertise to deliver impactful results.


This role is excellent for a person with:

  • Genuine enthusiasm for customers, a data-driven approach, and a creative mindset, with experience in project management.
  • A real team player spirit, someone who enjoys working within an international team.
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms (ideally Braze). Experience with Customer Data Platforms is a plus.
  • Working proficiency in English.
  • Passion for music and understanding of the streaming industry is a plus.
