Job Description

The Data Management team's goal is to empower Deezer by providing trustworthy and accessible data by facilitating data discovery and manipulation while maintaining high data quality standards.

We are looking for a new apprentice to help us evolve the data stack, expand its accessibility, and improve the user's confidence in the data. You will be working alongside Data Engineers and Analytics engineers and play an important role in developing the data pipelines that drive the decisions and business insights at Deezer! 

Apprenticeship starting from September 2024 for 1 or 2 year(s)

What you will do:

• Collaborate in elevating Deezer’s data processing pipeline to new heights
• Drive the enhancement of the data quality we deliver by participating in the development of new tools and processes
• Engage proactively within the data community, providing support and fostering collaboration among analytics engineers, data engineers, analysts, and data scientists
• Play an active role in code review, planning sessions, standups, and retrospectives to shape the future of our processes

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for leveraging data to drive business decisions
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-team environment
• Academic knowledge or experience in Python and SQL
• Fluent in spoken and written English
